Fall 2011:
New Alcohol & Other Drugs Module Added to HMS 2012


Starting with the 2012 data collection, the Healthy Minds Study is growing with the new Alcohol & Other Drugs module. Participating institutions will now have the option to survey their students using the Mental Health module, the Alcohol & Other Drugs module, or both.

The Healthy Minds Study (HMS) is an annual, national survey that examines mental health is­sues among college students. It is the product of a partnership between the University of Michigan School Of Public Health, the multidisciplinary University of Michigan Comprehensive Depression Center, and Survey Sciences Group, LLC in Ann Arbor, MI.
