Sampling Strategy

The study design includes surveying up to 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students at your institution. If participating in the dual administration of both the Mental Health and Alcohol & Other Drugs modules, there is a 2,000 sample size minimum. You may draw the random sample yourself, or SSG will assist you. If your institution has fewer than 4,000 students, HMS will survey the entire population.

If you would like to interview more than 4,000 students, you may expand your sample. Additional sample may be purchased for $100 per 100 respondents. Since there is no upper limit on sample size, you may survey your entire institution.
